This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") describes how we process personal data and protect information privacy when you use the following services, products and related mobile applications (collectively referred to as "products").

5. Data recorded by the device: When you use the "Pawaii" App to synchronize the data of related devices, we will record your pet's information, including name, type, breed, birthday, weight, etc.

Storage permission: Some of our businesses will generate certain pictures or videos in the app, which need to be saved to the mobile phone; at the same time, some businesses need to call the existing videos or pictures in your mobile phone, and we will apply to your mobile phone Storage permissions.
Account or Profile Data: When you register for an account with us, we may collect your name and contact details such as your email address, phone number, username and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we may further collect your nickname, avatar, country code, language preference or time zone information in your account.

If you decide to send us a request by email, please explain what information you would like changed, whether you would like your personal data to be deleted from our databases, or what restrictions you would like us to be placed on using your personal data. Please note that for security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before further processing your request.

We employ commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of your personal data. Pawaii provides a variety of security strategies to effectively ensure the data security of users and devices. In terms of device access, we use Pawaii's proprietary algorithm to ensure data isolation, access authentication and authorization applications. In terms of data communication, it supports communication using security algorithms and transmission encryption protocols, as well as commercial-grade information encryption transmission based on dynamic keys. In terms of data processing, strict data filtering and verification and a complete data review process are adopted. In terms of data storage, all confidential information of users will be safely encrypted for storage. If for any reason you believe that your interactions with us are no longer secure (for example, you believe the security of your Pawaii account has been compromised), please let us know immediately by emailing support@pawaii.com.
We will improve data security measures from time to time, including but not limited to data encryption, physical measures, data authentication and other means, and we will choose to notify you according to the needs of the situation.We have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at support@pawaii.com.
In the event of your data leakage, we will report the leakage of personal data to the EU or your country’s regulatory agency within 72 hours, take corresponding remedial measures as soon as possible, and report the remedial measures to you and the EU regulatory agency. If we fail to report to the regulator within 72 hours, our follow-up report will explain the reason for the delay.
We will process your personal data for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by specific legal requirements. We will determine an appropriate retention period based on the volume, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, and we will destroy your personal data after the retention period ends. 【经特别授权同意信息】基于相机/摄像头的附加服务： 您可在开启相机/摄像头权限后使用该功能进行扫码用于添加您购买的设备，加入家庭等功能。请您知晓，即使您已同意开启相机/摄像头权限，我们也仅会在您主动扫码、拍摄等使用相机/摄像头时获取信息。
【经特别授权同意信息】基于相册（图片库/视频库）的图片/视频访问及上传的附加服务： 您可在开启相册权限后使用该功能上传您的照片/图片/视频，以实现更换头像、上报设备使用问题提供证明等功能。当您使用于头像等功能时，我们不会对此信息进行识别；但是当您上报设备使用问题时我们会通过您所上传的照片/图片来定位您的问题。
【经特别授权同意信息】智能设备位置信息：当您使用我们的特定产品或服务时，我们可能会收集有关您的实时精确或非精确地理定位信息。

Pawaii App可以在App内自行手动删除，账号删除路径是：我—设置—删除账号。

合寵科技（青島）有限公司及Pawaii（以下合稱為“我們”或“Pawaii”）致力於保護您的個人隱私。本隱私政策（下稱“本政策”）闡述了在您使用下列服務、產品和相關移動應用程序（統稱為“產品”）期間，我們如何處理個人數據並保障信息隱私。
Pawaii手機應用程序
在本政策中，“個人數據”是指單獨使用或者結合其他信息使用能夠識別個人身份的信息。 “智能設備”是指硬件製造商生產或製造的，具有人機界面並且可以通過無線網絡傳輸數據的非標準計算設備，包括智能寵物電器、智能可穿戴設備、智能空氣淨化設備等。
“應用程序”是指由Pawaii開發的移動應用程序，能夠幫助終端用戶遠程控制智能設備並連接至Pawaii平台。
我們收集哪些個人數據
為了向您提供我們的服務，我們會要求您提供此類服務所必須的個人數據。如果您不提供個人數據，我們可能無法為您提供我們的產品或服務。
收集的信息類別
我們只會為了詳細說明過的、明確的、合法的目的收集必要的信息，我們可能會收集以下各類信息（無論其是否為個人信息）：
1.您提供給我們或上傳的信息：“Pawaii”App的賬號信息（例如您的安全相關信息、姓名、以下簡稱“Pawaii賬號”）、您可能接入到Pawaii平台的設備同步的資料或數據、在Pawaii平台創建的賬戶和相關設置信息、以及您添加的設備或發送的消息、反饋等。
2.手持終端或SIM卡相關信息：我們可能收集運行Pawaii的手持終端相關的信息，例如SDK/API/JS代碼版本、瀏覽器、互聯網服務提供商、應用標識符、應用程序版本、應用分發渠道、獨立設備標識符、iOS廣告標識符（IDFA)、安卓廣告主標識符、網卡（MAC）地址、DID、固件版本、國際移動設備識別碼（IMEI）、設備型號、終端製造廠商、終端設備操作系統版本、會話啟動/停止時間、語言所在地、時區和網絡狀態（WiFi等）等。
3.位置信息（僅適用於特定服務/功能）：與您的位置相關的各類信息，例如區域和國家代碼、城市代碼、移動網絡代碼、移動設備國家代碼、小區識別碼、地區名稱、經緯度信息、時區設置和語言設置。
4.登錄信息：與您使用某些功能、移動應用程序和網站相關的信息，例如cookie和其他匿名標識符技術、IP地址、網絡請求信息、臨時消息歷史、標準系統日誌和系統崩潰信息等。
5.設備記錄的數據：當您使用“Pawaii”App同步相關設備的數據時，我們會記錄您的愛寵的資料，包括名稱、種類、品種、生日、體重等。
6.其他信息：環境特徵值 (ECV)（由Pawaii賬號、手機ID、連接的Wi-Fi賬號及位置信息產生的數值）
7.賬戶憑證：有關您賬戶憑證的信息，例如密碼、關聯郵箱等。
8.存儲權限：我們存在部分業務會在App內產生某些圖片或者視頻，需要保存至手機內；同時也存在部分業務需要調用您手機中現有的視頻或者圖片，我們會向您的手機申請存儲權限。
您自願向我們提供的信息
帳戶或個人資料數據：當您註冊我們的帳戶時，我們可能會收集您的姓名和聯繫方式，如您的電子郵件地址、電話號碼、用戶名和登錄憑據。在您與我們的產品交互期間，我們可能會進一步收集您帳戶中的暱稱、頭像、國家代碼、語言偏好或時區信息等。
我們自動收集的信息
【必选和經特別授權同意信息】
【必選】基本賬戶信息：手機號碼以及郵箱地址；密碼。
【必選】手機設備相關信息：當您與我們的產品交互時，我們會自動收集設備信息，如定位權限：設備配網時候需要Android 6.0以上獲取設備WiFI信息（包括附近WiFI列表）的定位權限；手機型號相應信息、IP地址、無線連接信息、操作系統類型和版本、應用程序版本號、推送通知標識符、日誌文件和移動網絡信息。
【必選】智能設備基本信息：當您使用與我們的產品或服務連接的智能設備時，我們可能會收集有關智能設備的基本信息，如設備名稱、設備的MAC地址、設備ID、在線狀態、激活時間、固件版本和升級信息等。
【必選】日誌信息和基本使用數據：當您使用我們的應用程序時，系統和異常日誌可能會被上傳。在您與我們的網站和服務交互期間，我們會自動收集與訪問、點擊、下載、發送/接收消息和其他使用我們的網站和服務相關的使用數據。
【經特別授權同意信息】其他賬戶信息：您的用戶暱稱、頭像、第三方接入的SDK賬戶信息等。

功能：用於幫助用戶實現Google登錄Pawaii智能App。
收集個人信息類型：設備常規信息、mac地址、ip地址。

功能：用於Pawaii智能App向OPPO手機用戶推送消息
收集個人信息類型：用戶id、IMEI、設備型號、設備序列號等常規信息
VIVO
功能：用於Pawaii智能App向VIVO手機用戶推送消息
收集個人信息類型：用戶id、IMEI、設備型號、設備序列號等常規信息
阿里雲
功能：用於Pawaii智能App向手機用戶推送消息
收集個人信息類型：用戶id、IMEI、設備型號、設備序列號、剪貼板等常規信息
另外，Pawaii應用將允許開機自啟動以更及時地進行用戶訂閱消息和設備消息的推送。
【經特別授權同意信息】基於相機/攝像頭的附加服務： 您可在開啟相機/攝像頭權限後使用該功能進行掃碼用於添加您購買的設備，加入家庭等功能。請您知曉，即使您已同意開啟相機/攝像頭權限，我們也僅會在您主動掃碼、拍攝等使用相機/攝像頭時獲取信息。
【經特別授權同意信息】基於相冊（圖片庫/視頻庫）的圖片/視頻訪問及上傳的附加服務： 您可在開啟相冊權限後使用該功能上傳您的照片/圖片/視頻，以實現更換頭像、上報設備使用問題提供證明等功能。當您使用於頭像等功能時，我們不會對此信息進行識別；但是當您上報設備使用問題時我們會通過您所上傳的照片/圖片來定位您的問題。
【經特別授權同意信息】智能設備位置信息：當您使用我們的特定產品或服務時，我們可能會收集有關您的實時精確或非精確地理定位信息。
【經特別授權同意信息】家庭信息：家庭名稱、家庭所在地區（由您手動設置）。
【經特別授權同意信息】智能設備報告的信息：根據您選擇與我們的產品或服務連接的不同智能設備，我們可能會收集您的智能設備報告的信息。
我們不收集您的個人種族或民族起源、政治觀點、宗教、哲學信仰、工會組織成員的數據、個人基因數據或涉及健康、性生活或性取向的數據。我們不會在未經兒童的監護人許可的情況下收集16周歲以下用戶的數據，若您是16周歲以下的兒童，請您必須獲得您父母或您監護人的許可後才能使用我們的產品和服務。
處理個人數據的目的和法律依據
我們處理您信息的目的如下
為您提供服務：我們處理您的帳戶和個人資料數據、設備信息、使用數據、位置信息和智能設備相關信息，以提供您請求或購買的產品和服務。此類處理的法律依據是根據我們的使用條款履行我們與您的合同。
非營銷通信：我們處理您的個人數據，旨在向您發送與服務、條款/條件和政策變更和/或其他管理信息相關的重要信息。由於此類信息較為重要，您可能無法選擇不接收此類郵件。此類處理的法律依據是根據我們的使用條款履行我們與您的合同。
營銷通信：我們可能會處理您的個人數據，以向您提供與我們產品和服務相關的營銷和促銷資料。在上述情況中，我們向您發送的每封郵件均含有允許您選擇不再接收此類郵件的指示信息。此類處理的法律依據是基於您的同意。

我們與誰共享您的個人數據？
Pawaii僅以您知曉的方式共享您的個人數據。我們可能會與下列參與者共享您的個人數據： 向為我們提供某些業務相關服務的第三方（如穀歌、Apple等）服務提供商披露您的個人數據，例如網站託管、數據分析、基礎設施供應、IT服務、客戶支持服務、電子郵件發送服務以及其他類似服務，從而確保他們能夠為我們提供服務。
向直接或間接為您提供智能設備和/或您用來訪問和使用我們網站和服務的網絡和系統的客戶以及其他業務合作夥伴披露您的個人數據。
當發生重組、合併、出售、合資、讓渡、轉讓或其他處置我們所有或部分業務、資產或股票（包括但不限於與任何破產或類似程序相關的上述情況）的情況時，向附屬公司或其他第三方（如穀歌、Apple等）披露您的個人數據。在這種情況下，您將通過電子郵件和/或我們的網站收到關於所有權變更、個人數據新的使用方式不兼容以及有關個人數據選擇的明確通知。

所收集信息的國際轉移

與個人數據有關的權利
您可以行使下列任何一項權利：
通過我們產品（Pawaii APP）中手動進行刪除數據操作；
您無需支付任何費用，我們將在30天之內作出答复。如果您決定通過電子郵件向我們發送請求，請說明您希望更改哪些信息，您是否希望將您的個人數據從我們的數據庫中刪除，或者您希望我們在使用您的個人數據時受到哪些限制。請注意，出於安全考慮，我們可能會在進一步處理您的請求之前要求您核實身份。
您可以：
（1）要求訪問我們處理的與您相關的個人數據，您有權知曉被收集的數據情形，包括經您同意上傳至雲端的數據情形；
（2）要求我們糾正與您相關的不准確或不完整的個人數據；
（3）要求刪除您的個人數據；及銷毀雲端備份的數據；
（4）要求我們基於您的同意或與您簽訂的合同處理您的數據，以及我們自動處理您的數據時，向您本人傳輸個人數據；
（5）當我們基於您的同意或我們的正當利益使用您的個人數據時，選擇反對或拒絕我們使用您的個人數據；
（6）您可以註銷賬號，註銷賬號後您雲端的備份數據將在7個工作日內被同時刪除。您擁有隨時手動銷毀賬戶以及賬戶下所有數據的權利，如您有特殊要求的，您可以發送郵件告知我們。
Pawaii App可以在App內自行手動刪除，賬號刪除路徑是：我—設置—刪除賬號。
